Our Fine Arts Department is a vital part of our school. While a spectator will enjoy drama productions, musical performance, and visual art displays, underneath the surface the students are benefiting from growth in their craftsmanship, their confidence, and their creative expression. We aim to equip the student with inward artistic attitudes for success, a Biblical rubric for evaluating and appreciating the arts (Phil. 4:8), and Christian work ethics while giving them opportunities to improve the quality of their creative expression.

At Christian Heritage Academy we believe that all people are image-bearers of the Creator God and have the capacity to be creative. Just as God, the Intelligent Designer, crafted intricate expressions of beauty and elegantly functioning systems in the natural world, we too are uniquely positioned to be producers of both beauty and function for the good of the world around us. We further believe that like God we too can use the Fine Arts as an expressive tool to speak, remember, celebrate, and teach Truth as His stepping stones for the spread of the Gospel. (1 Cor. 3:10) We seek to create for God’s glory knowing that talents executed without Christian character will not lead us to God’s blessings. (2 Peter 1:3-11)

It is the vision of the Fine Arts Department of Christian Heritage Academy to train American Christian leaders for the sphere of Fine Arts to the glory of God and the refreshment of the soul. (1 Sam. 16:23, 2 Peter. 1:3-11, Phil. 4:8, Deut. 4:13, Joshua 4:20)
